Inhibiting candida overgrowth with distilled water and good green foods

This article will tell you some of the things that are helpful in discouraging Candida overgrowth. The best water for candida sufferers in my opinion is distilled water. I purchased the very reliable and affordable Polar Bear. If you don’t want to spend that kind of money, Walmart has very good distilled water for a good price. If you are concerned about minerals, eat good green food. You can add aerobic oxygen to distilled water to raise the pH and provide additional oxygen.

Someone asked me how much aerobic oxygen I add to distilled water. I also asked what kind of green food i like, be it spirulina or chlorella. You wonder if there is a particular brand that is easier to take in than others.

I only add about 20 drops to a gallon for a regular drink, but you need to add more if you are taking it for candida. I can handle a lot, up to 70 drops in one daily dose, but not everyone can handle that much. You need to find what works for you by gradually increasing the amount, and you will know when you have reached the limit. The suggested dose is 20 drops 3 times a day, but I seem to benefit more from one large dose.

There are a lot of good green food products on the market, but they are quite expensive. I have been mixing my own with bulk herbs from herbalcom. I no longer take spirulina and chlorella due to mercury concerns and cannot use alfalfa anymore due to the phytoestrogens in it. For some women this causes real problems with hormones and for men it causes my prostate to enlarge. Alfalfa is full of minerals, but I will eliminate it and continue with wheatgrass and barley grass. I also add Milk Thistle, Maca Herb, and Slippery Elm.

I think in my next order I will be adding brewer’s yeast, horsetail (Shaving grass), beet powder, spinach, oat straw, purple dulse (not supposed to contain mercury), dandelion, Irish moss, ginger, rose hips, bee pollen, lecithin, hops, plantain, and marshmallow. I’m going to mix 4 parts wheatgrass, 4 parts barley grass, and 1 part each other. Not really sure about the proportions, just an experiment.
